Here's what's included
- Initial Assessment to identify problem areas and your goal for the session (i.e. ease pain, gain mobility, etc.)
- Pre-Massage Warm-up on our Peloton Bike or AI-assisted stretch, yoga or light workout. This circulates your blood and warms up your muscles and problem areas that we’ll be treating during your session.
- Your Massage - Your treatment will be based on your specific problem and may include myofascial, soft-tissue, percussive, cupping and other therapies.
- Peloton Recovery - We'll continue your active recovery in the Peloton room for another 10 to 15 minutes with specific exercises to assist in healing and faster recovery.
- Hydration Drink - After your session, you'll need to replenish some fluids. High quality drinks are included with every VIP Membership session.
- Free Peloton App Membership - We'll set you up with Peloton's free app you can use at home on mobile or Smart TV or at the gym to continue recovery and strength exercises so you can return to your normal activities as soon as possible. No Peloton equipment required!
